he's lost a $22,000.00 order solely because he hires morons to answer his telephones? Man... a pissed of Southern white boy can really work up a head of steam in that amount of time. You sound angry Bob. I can't imagine Bob Newhart getting that angry. I'm beginning to have my doubts about you again Bob. But I recently stayed on hold with my dope dealer for almost the same length of time, on and off throughout the day, maybe longer, and told HIM what I thought of him and his bulls*t. Not the same effect however. Now I'm in big trouble and I'm still without the product I spoke to him about in the first place. You know, there's a very good reason they call it "dope."
