If you call a girl, and leave a voicemail, and she doesn't call back, that means she's not interested, right?

Met a nice girl, smart, outgoing, attractive. We had a nice conversation, flirted a bit, so on. I got her telephone number before we split, and right before she left she goes "You're going to call me, right?", which I took as an indicator of interest.

So I call her 3 days later and left a voicemail, and haven't heard back from her.

I'm just off a long term relationship, trying to get back in the game here, and this is a bit confusing. If she wasn't interested, why did she give me her number, and ask if I was going to call? But if she was interested, why didn't she call back? She's got a phone, and knows how to use it.

I'm getting mixed signals here! One the one hand, interested, on the other, uninterested.

Should I call again? I really can't imagine calling a girl more then twice without a return call. That's always been my rule. Don't want to come off desperate after all.

What do you have to say about this Yahoo Answers? Call her again? Or fuhgedaboudit?

Forget about her and get another girls number. If she calls back then now you have 2 girls:)

If she gave you her number then there is some interest there. Maybe she doesn't check her voicemail. Try and call again just don't over do it.

The woman you met may not be what she seems.

She may be someone's daughter, sister, or even wife.

She may not be getting the voice mails.

She may be an addict and doesn't want you involved.

She may be embarrassed by having kids, or may even have just found out she has AIDS.

I'd go ahead and leave a follow-up call. But, I wouldn't hound her.

Don't call again, whatever you do. She got your voicemail and your missed call.

How long has it been? If you're playing the whole 3-day waiting to call game, maybe she's playing too. Or maybe she thought you waited too long.

She might be trying to play it cool like you. I say give it another try and see what happens...

she might like you, but she's too shy to call

dude u waited to long to call...u know how many other guys she could ahve meet in those 3 days? for al u know she forgot about u.....but hey man im glad ur out there trying again..im in the same boat as u...jsut next time call her the next day for something simple like coffee and keep the first meeting to about an hour...best fo luck
PEACE

Giv her time
phone once more just to checkbut if she gav u her number then there is some interest there
she might just hav no credit i never have,
B patient she might think she is playing hard to get

text her and ask when she's gonna call you.
and if she doesn't respond to texting than just leave her alone

kall again just dont kall to where she thinks your a stalker or crazy....but she also might not answer numbers she doesnt know...and also take into consdieration she might be busy

If you are interested call again, what have you got to lose

Give her a week to respond. If she doesn't, she actually may be attached to someone else. There's no other reason a girl that was interested and then be all of a sudden uninterested. Believe me, she has a boyfriend or a husband. If she is contemplating of leaving the relationship, let her get over it first and then come in into the relationship. I would not call again after the two phone calls you already made. You made your message clear enough to do something about it. She has someone else. Believe me.

I would wait since you did leave a voicemail. Wait a couple of more days and if you dont hear from her, try again...after that, if she still hasnt call you back, then move on.

maybe you left it too long, maybe she thought 2 days were long enough, maybe she forgot who you or, maybe just maybe she lost her phone

okay stop worrying! first off! and when she flirted did it come off as whorish? if not SHE MIGHT BE GROUNDED! just sayin... dont get to worried ull be fine!oh dang gotta go but ummmm jus call once more then wait a while if she doesnt call back move youll find someone betta!
brittni good luck
