-At the lowest resolution and game effect settings, you will get about 23-27 fps (frames per second) outside, 10-15 fps in a major city (lower if there are lots of players close by).

-If you increase your "Terrain Distance" slider to Max, you will lower your fps by 40%

-if you increase your screen size to 1024x768, you will decrease your fps by 15%.

If your computer has a PCI-E or AGP video card slot, you should consider buying a dedicated graphics card. Even with a low end, inexpensive card, you will be able to run the game at much higher settings and this will greatly increase your enjoyment of the game.

It may run it on low details, but whether it does it runs it good or not is another question...
