I was Looking At Walmart.ca on these Specs Couldn't find anything on Google.

not particularly good, no

celeron=slower than c2d
1gb ram=not really enough for vista
x3100 =not great for games

it will be fine for basic computing

edit: for that price (487) it is decent but not a great deal

ANY computer with a Celeron chip in it is going to be slower than a pc with a 'normal' chip in it. If cost is your objective a Celron based computer will work, but stay away unless that is the only way you can get a computer. A Celeron chip has a small L2 cache and that is like the index of a book, the bigger the index, up to a point, the faster it is to find things. That point in L2 cache size is now up to 6 or even 8 gig on the newest cpus!
