Specify username and password in the code?

I placed a Button on the form to open the stored mdb file :
Shell ("C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Office\\Office11\\MSACCESS.EXE ""d:\sharing\supplierlist.mdb"" "), vbMaximizedFocus

Now when I click the button it works and open the stored mdb file but prompts for username and password of the mdb file, I WANT TO STORE THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD IN THE CODE SO THE USER WILL NOT REQUIRE TO ENTER THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD FOR THAT MDB?
