I am the same way some days. Some days not.

Go by a Spencers in a mall and find yourself a small toy. I have one about the size of a peanut and its very good at relieving my "tension" when i am at work and sometimes even in the car.

I think most people make themselves *** at work sometimes so just relax and enjoy it.
