Where is the Baby?

Hello

On thursday 29th May My Preg test was positive, by Saturday periods started.. so Ystday went to GYNO office, during Scanning we did not see anything.. so we concluded I had a miscarriage..

But they took my blood for further check up...

Just got call from GYNO office saying that I am still pregnant and Hormone level is very high..

she told me to come early tomorrow itself for second check up n blood work.. she suspects preg must be in my Fallopian tube or still too early to detect...

What do you think?? I am scared now

Did anyone gone thru this experience.. pls share your experiences..

Thanks in advance

My last periods was on 4th May...

dont be scared, you are in good hands with the obgyn's. when was your last period? it could just be too early. hope for the best, but expect the worst. good luck to you :o)

edit: hey since your last period was May 4th, it is probably just too early. seems like you just missed your period. thats why my doc owuldnt even see me til 8 weeks, there wasnt much to see on the sonogram....i wish you the best ...let us know how it turns out

If you aren't at least 5 weeks 3 days most likely nothing will show up on the ultrasound. I'm surprised your OB jumped the gun like that and told you that your miscarried.

It's probably still too early. If your hormone levels are going up then that is good!
Lots of women bleed in the beginning.

good luck and baby blessings to you.

Your doc should schedule another scan in a week or two.

Yes;

I went threw it with my first daughter. It was just too early for the to detect threw ultrasound. They told me I was 3 weeks when they checked. =] had to be because 4 weeks later they brought me in for an ultrasound & I was 7 weeks & 3 days pregnant.

Dont be scared; I was too. =D

i didn't go through this exactly but i know that the first little while is really scary! you never know whats next, but odviously your obgyn is being careful and going the extra mile if she already saw you and followed up on it!

Good luck and congrats, i'll pray for you!

Usually if your hormone levels are very high that means you have an ectopic pregnancy (the baby implanted in your fallopian tubes). Sorry :( it could be that they just missed it on the ultrasound though too

Very high is not generally ectopic - abnormally low is generally ectopic. I COULD be too early to detect. When are you getting an u/s again? That will be more conclusive than blood work.

Its probably to soon see on the scan. You did the best thing by going to your Dr's now they will do everything that they need and you will have answers soon from them.

Good Luck!

The baby is in your tummy! ( ;
