Do you think I have a case?

My boss has an office of 6 women including his wife who comes in occasionaly to work. He makes sexual advances at 3 of us. He has a lawyer who works in this office as well who talks to us about cheating on his wife and can we call him up some strippers. My boss has all his friends come in on different occasions and they drink hard liquor as well as wine coolers on the job. My boss tells me and another employee that we should be his girlfriends and that if we sleep with him he will buy us anything we want. A recent incident happened today to where we came to work and there was a used condom wrapper lying on one of the desk in the office. That is very unsanitary and disgraceful to us females. Also we have caught a few of his friends looking at porno magazines and one of his friends showed me a picture of his private part in his phone and shared it with my boss and other people in the office. What can be done about this? I have recently bought a tape recorder to record conversations that he has with me about sexual advances and extra money.

You have a case, if you can prove it, if you have documentation, to back your case, the recorded conversations, may not hold up in court, and then you have to think if you report him then you also have to start looking for another job

Call the Labor and Commission Office in your area or country. While doing that you need to place a hidden camera if anymore advances has been made towards the other females. As for the drinking there's not much you can do for it if he's the boss. As for the tape recorder its not a solid evidence to use as it will be challenge as being dubbed over with another person's voice. You need to set this boss up with a decoy. You may want to call the police and see what they can do to help you. They may send in an undercover cop during working hours. You should set him up by agreeing to a date at a local bar and have another friend present while they video record it or take pictures. Sometimes in court it may backfire as you being a jealous co-worker with a secret crush for your boss. I would take down everything you may have on this boss. You could also do your own investigation on your boss to find out if any other sexual harassments have been filed or if he has any sexual crimes on file. I hope this helps. Sure sexual abuse or harassments torments a person's mind to a point they cannot remember exactly what had happened or too scared to report it. If you feel you have solid and concrete evidence than file a charge against him. With the Labor and Commission they will conduct an investigation but it takes 6 months. I say go to the local police or your law enforcement. Don't speak to anyone else about this during work time as gossip may travel to the Boss and he may fire you. Be cautious and alert of your surroundings in case he's following you. I would check your home for any hidden devices he may have planted. You may never know if such thing is happening at your home besides at work. Check your car as well. If he's sneaky I can bet he has planted things in your car. I feel your grief and frustrations.
