Sharing software over the internet. Running software over the internet?

We have several offices and not all software packages are installed in all offices. We need to do some runs using a software with hardware dongle on another location. We need the most efficient solution. We have our own domain and we can install any server that can help all offices use software among each others without buying unnecessary licenses. Thanks

We use Sonic-Wall with VPN, It works flawlessly.

Try Citrix. You install the server in your office, with whatever software you need, then remote users login over the Internet and use it as normal.

Alternatively remote desktop is a similar possibility.
