Working Problems with Women Workers?

Hi,

I hope anyone can help.

When I started my job, there was a girl at work, really nice to me and invited me to a company conference in the city. We took the train and she asked me who cooked dinner for me and I told her my wife did. The next day, she was really mean to me and the next four years, she did not help me at work and complained about me alot.

Another co-worker, I told her about it and she invited me for coffee almost everyday for 3 years and shared private stuff. When her husband started working here and she was pregnent, she hung out less with me. Also when I started hanging out with my female boss, she started to bad-mouth me to the boss.

As for my boss, she started to invited me out for coffee/lunch almost every day for a year. However we didn't agree on stuff and I have a new boss. Now she goes to her office and walks by my cubicle almost everyday, even though it's awkward and a longer route.

Could it be possible these females had feelings for me?

Oh I bet they were all SOOOOO madly in love with you! lol.. kidding...

They probably just wanted attention.. women are generally attention seekers.... they wanted you to hit on them .. they didn't necessarily have real feelings for you.... a crush maybe :)

And like the other girl said.. women to work with, is pretty much a nightmare, they are VERYYYY catty and mean.. especially older women.. as they LOVE to power trip!

I hated working with females although I am a female as well. They are so catty and nasty. Of course, get over yourself that all these females had feelings for you. Females are just nasty to work with; very moody. Extremely moody. I worked with a girl who was a good friend and then she turned on me and became almost impossible to work with. I have learned to just go to work, do your job, and be cordial to everyone but don't get involved socially or share personal information. It will make for a much better working environment.

Hi,these women are just pissed cause you didn't give them what they were looking for,100 points to you for not falling for it and dont worry about them,just walk with your head held high,it would be nice if there were more men like you.
