Interviewing potential employees... Anyone know of a website?

I was recently hired as a practice manager for a Rural Health Clinic, a satellite pediatrician's office, urology and surgical center, all under one umbrella.
I am an RN and have only conducted one interview in my entire career. I have been reading tips online, have an appointment tomorrow with Human Resources for more guidance, but if you know of any good websites for conducting interviews, please share them with me.

Thank you in advance!

I conduct behavioral interviews. It's different from the close ended questions most people ask. Behavioral interviwing helps you play 'dectective', to dig deeper.
Here's the website with the questions for you to ask at the interview: http://www.quintcareers.com/interview_qu...

Another thing is, make sure to watch the persons reactions when you ask them a specific question such as "tell me what led to your seperation from you last employer?" (granted that they are no longer there).

Asking questions is easy, identifying the truth is even harder and this takes practice, patience, knowledge.

For more information, you can visit my site at www.swedeconsulting.com (It's in the process of being built, but you can obtain my contacts there)

Good Luck!

Dear Stuck. Above all, don't fudge your resume or your answers. I was a high-level boss in academia, and many people had screened applicants before they got to me. Only the best made it to me, and I was the one who hired or didn't. I could easily tell who the fakes were because they didn't have ready answers to difficult questions. If they had done the things they had said they'd done, the answers would have popped right out. Rather than that, say you have no experience in that area. If you're charming and have good people skills, he'll be happy to teach you. Don't use bad grammar, and dress properly for the level of job. These days, don't wear pants suits! Will remind him of Hillary. Wear a modest dress, but stylish, nothing above the knee. At the knee is good, but keep your knees together and don't keep crossing your legs--if he likes that you don't want to work for him. If it's a woman, she'll know what you're up to. Don't cross your arms across your chest, sign of dishonesty or guardedness. I'm sure if you type in the right words on your website, you'll get other tips. Also, type in "what NOT to do in an interview." If you're offered coffee, don't take it--too much potential for sloppiness. I hope you get the job, but be sure to ask your own questions about what it entails. The interviewer will like that. Don't ask about salary--let he or she volunteer it. Good Luck

I had to do interviews for the first time in healthcare and found that www.business.com/directory/health_care/e... had some good resources. If you Google "healthcare job interview questions" it should give you a good list of resources.
