I want to forget a girl because i love her but she doesnot she loves some one else?

that guy is also not ready for her and he told her that he cant go with her. she is very upset and try to neglect everybody. she is a very good friend of mine and she shares her thoughts with me every time. but now she is very rude and always try to insult me. i also inform her abt my feellings. but she is not ready for that, she said there is no future of this relationship. i try to go away from her but whenever i tries anything she stop me to do so , if i try to neglect her she is feelling bad and start asking questions to me which i dont have answers.i dont know what she wants but i know one thing that her behaviour is completely change against boys. probabely i need to take some steps now because she is hurting me like anything.if i m not near to her she use 2 search for me in the office asking my friends abt me and when i am sitting in front of her she is not talking to me or trying to ignore me. now these things are ruin my life completely. i want some help from all of u plz help

Here is a must do (tried it and it worked ONLY if you stick to them)
1 - Ignore her
2 - DO not try to insult her back .. just let her go
3 - If she talks answer as you always do , if she does not then just ignore her
4 - Try to be open in the shared space like do not give her all the attention just share your space with all the people around you guys.

5 - Try to show some interest in other women (not now give it like 2 or 3 weeks)

6 - Be Very COOL and control your temper.

Believe me she will either drop and runs towards you or else she will be gone forever( she will back as a friend) . Both ways such decision will help you out of your current hell

hey..if that guy is not ready for her as u said so i think u hav 2 ignore her and try to make her feel that u neglect her and show her that ur caring about other girls and u dnt care about her..she will be worry about this situation and she will feel that she is loosing u..so she will be alone without u ..and try to show her when she asks about that u r busy...and if she asks u why u r trying to do that with her tell her that u r like anygirl ...and she will be upset and try to attract u...
