How can i get my housemate to pay me back owed money when he has no job and is on the dole?

I am a university student along with 6 other people who share our house, the eigth member owes me 拢186 since september but isnt a student and so doesnt recieve a loan to bail him out like the rest of us.
How can i get him to pay me back when he is on the dole (拢45 a week) and cannot get many jobs because he has a knee injury.
we have tried working out a payment plan but he doesnt stick to it and i found out today that he got fired from his office job where he had worked for just 1 month.
He moves out to a new house at the end of april with his girlfriend (Whom he owes thousands) and i have no idea how i can get the money. He has nothing of value and although getting authorities involved seems like the answer, there is no paper work to back up my story.

PLEASE help me as i am low on money now too.

Not unless he prints it in the basement. Be glad he's going, don't let him come back, write the money off as a loss, and find a reliable replacement to pay the rent.

It's kind of hard to squeeze blood from a turnip. If he has no money, no job, and no assets, there's really nothing you can get from him. Even if he had something you could take, you would likely have to spend more than he owes, in order to get it from him. You're just going to have to write it off as a loss and a learning experience, I think.

Make is ever loving girlfirend pay you. She's the only one with cash anyway. Tell her to pay up or you'll take care of his other knee.

Well, if the girl-friend has lent him money, then it means that she has some cash so maybe she can bail him out by paying you what he owes.
