How to setup small office network with Win Xp Professional ?

I need print sharing with Win Xp Professional Sp 2.

1) Place each PC in the same workgroup.
2) turn on print and file sharing on each PC
3) share out the printers and folders you want shared on each PC.

If you have more than one computer that needs to share a printer, they will need to be physically connected with either Ethernet cables plugged into a switch or using a wireless connection connected to a wireless router. Once this connection is in place, make a note of the user name and password that is set up on the computer that is NOT connected to the printer - and you HAVE TO HAVE a password. Then go to the computer that has the printer. Create a user on that computer that has the exact same name and password. Close that screen. Then open Printers and right-click the printer and share it. Make both computers are in the same workgroup (right-click My Computer, select properties and go to the Computer Name tab. Once this is done, make a note of the computer name then reboot the computer that has the printer attached.. Go back to the other computer. Go to Add Printer and select Network printer. Follow through the screens and then type in the following \\computer\printername. Click next and then Finish. That should do it.

on the computer with the printer setup allready
run network setup and turn on file and printer sharing

on the other computer go to start/settings/printers/add a printer/network printer

Its so easy. Just use an ethernet card (LAN card) its almost is on motherboards, and use an cable of UTP5 and connect the two pcs together. If u dont know how ask me later.
Then Right click and my computer and choose properties then computer name and write a name then click on Change and give the same name to both PCs.
Press Ok.
Go to any folder and write click choose Sharing and security and then click the blue phrase, the click if u understand.. and ok.
Thats all.
