Don't you think that these elections have reduced some of the prejudices against Muslims in America?

There was too much ignorance about Islam, religions,etc. Now you find many Americans more accepting of muslims names like hussein,understand that a muslim name is not that bad, to not judge people based on their religious background or their ethnicities, and to coexist with others who might not share their belief or color.When we have a man of a muslim middle name and of muslim backgrond from his father's family and step father running for the highest office in the country and you find people loving him, embracing him,protecting him and the media solidly supporting him it tells you that our attitude towards Islam and muslims has dramitically changed, we are no longer paranoids. I liked what Obama said that Islam is just like any other religion that we need to live with it just like we live with judaism, hinduism, etc and that the overwhelming majority of muslims are just people like us who go to schools,raise their families and work hard.Don't you think that was very impressive?

If Islam was 'just another religion, maybe we could just accept it. But, I remember the first few times I ever heard about it, was because they had women & children & deficient women strapped with bombs & blowing buildings and people up! They STILL do that! So, as long as a part of islam is blowing things up using their own people, I will not accept anything muslim, or islamic into any part of my life, including my thoughts. Ummmmm..anyone remember the Trade Center?? The Pentagon?? The field in PA where my best friend is burried?? All in the name of islam.

Well, majority of people in Israel do not like Obama! Its in their newspapers. He wants to end the war, which will make Israel a target of more death and destruction or total destruction. Obama does not want us killing the evil Muslims-he would allow them to grow bigger, nor does he want us to continue to protect the good Muslims from the bad ones. I think anything Obama says has only divided the colors and religions much more. How can he influence anyone? he doesnt even know who he is? I think your way off, most of the media are retards!

I wish it were true. The problem is that Moslems are very sensitive to non-intellectual demagoguery (there is something like intellectual demagoguery, too) by their Imams or other religious fanatics. They even get terribly excited when some infidel is quoting the Koran, with all the blood and terror mentioned there. So, it is NOT a religion of peace, comparable with other great religions.

Great , but why can't the majorty of Muslims , who you say are just like us , control the ones who are doing all of the killing ?
The Shiites and Sunnis killing each other , bombing school buses and market places , killing thousands of their own people , could not happen in any modern Western country .
Here , the people wouldn't permit it . In Iraq , the population protects the creeps .
