Air conditioner for stuffy office?

i work in a warm stuffy office. The temperature is about 75 degrees and doesnt have much oxygen. I dont have a window near my desk but there are two windows in the room. But the 3 women I share the office with hate the cold and never open the window (or close it after 10 mins if i open it). Its making me nod off and the office smells. I need oxygen and a cooler environment!! I dont have a air vent near my desk either. Is there a device or machine that I can get that will clean the air and cool me down? IS THERE A DEVICE/MACHINE SUCH AS A N AIR CONDITIONING UNIT OR SOMETHING THAT WOULD PROVIDE OXYGEN AND COOL ME DOWN? SOMETHING REASONABLY SIZED THAT WOULD SIT BENEATH OR BESIDE MY DESK? Many thanks.

yes, just google for air purifier, some are quite affordable and they make a big difference

to get better air and more oxygen in the room, you only need to open the window for 3-5 minutes every hour - that might be a cheap compromise until you get one
