Does guys hesitate to share office matters with spouse?

I dont know if I am different, but I am not comfortable in sharing office matters with my love when I am asked. Am I really different or does it happen with most?

I am also reluctant. Office politics, intrigue and relationships tend to reflect a separate life with separate rules and regulations which don't apply in a personal relationship with a spouse.

To me, we need to keep those two worlds separated.
