I've been moved to share a small office with my boss, she complains constantly, how can I get her to shut up?

She complains and talks CONSTANTLY and CONSISTENTLY. I mean it.

I've talked to her about it - she laughed it off. I tried talking to her again, very seriously and respectfully, she says she's just that way.

The last few days I've been ignoring her - it's helping, but she's still a pest.

What can/should I do?????????

I dont think you can do anything but play the waiting game. Maybe you can asked to be moved again but Im not sure there are much options for you. good luck

Bring earplugs and start using them.
