In MS Excel, how can I set the tab key to go to specific cells?

I have a shared worksheet that my office uses. I have protected all the cells except the ones I want data added to. Essentially, it's a form we fill out.
I was wondering if there is a way to select which cells the tab key will navigate to. I would like to be able to fill in one "blank" and tab the next.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

At the top, choose Tools / Protection / Protect Sheet

When the "Protect Sheet" window appears, deselect the check box next to "select locked cells"
This will prevent a user from even selecting cells that are locked. It will ONLY allow the tab key to jump between unlocked cells.
