Need details for this zero-sum game.? |
I have heard of a team game based on zero-sum theory, where teams are alloted fictional shares, which they can buy/sell/hold. If all teams buy, share prices rise..if all sell, share prices go down, and so on. After a few rounds, the teams are allowed to discuss their strategy and go back into the game, with the stakes raised. The profit is accrued only if the company as a whole is in profit. If one team defects, they seem to earn a huge profit at the cost of others, like Prisoner's Dilemma. The game is very effective in team building and to teach trust. obviously i have already checked wikipedia and lots of other sites. Try searching Wikipedia, they have a lot of relevant info. |
