Do you believe the media is unbiased with reporting on candidates? |
The media, who often report on lobbiest in washington, have their own lobbiest trying to sway congress. How can the media give unbiased reporting when the corporate media has their own preference on what candidate/what party gets into office.? The media picks who they want to report on and they are picking who they think should win and they do it with their own way of being biased. And then they report what they think you need to hear, and that does not mean if it is the truth or not. So the media should be blamed for their own thing and not be believed at all. they are very bias i dont believe the media is unbiased in reporting anything No. Do you? other than being afraid to insult Barack Obama because of his race or pandering the "black vote" I think they have tried to be fair..... Definitely not. CNN has historically been Pro-Democrat, You have to watch all news mediums to get a fair opinion. No they are very biased. Anyone with half a brain can gauge who the networks are supporting and who they are not. they are bias. They have been helping the dems if you ask me. They haven't been talking about the good that's come of Iraq and how many of the citizens are grateful. Hopefully Americans are getting smarter and wiser than to listen to the media. They have their own agendas and have influenced our votes for far too long. Are you kidding? Even after taking second in Nevada, they hardly mentioned Ron Paul's name. He's the only canidate speaking the plain truth and they're scared to death of him. The media is unbiased to a degree. that degree depend also on the person reviewing it just like in the media the bias level depends on who's reviewing it and what the situation is at the time of review. no of course not there seems to be an all out attack on the clintons I don't like to use the phrase, but in this case I do believe the media are biased in favor of John McCain. i think it depends on the media being used. of course tv primetime news is biased. they depend on ratings and commercial endorsements which is the downfall. unfortunatly, that's where americans get most of their news. i think newspapers and magazines are a better source of news but aren't used enough. i like that barack obama has taken a stand against the lobbyists.. it's just too bad that the american public is too dim to know what lobbyists are and what they do. therefore americans don't realize that any information they get has been twisted... they just sit and watch the "no spin zone" and think that it's accurate. the media is marginalizing Ron Paul... I still remember the news as it used to be.......if the newsman had an oppinion.....he would give a sheepish smile, and would not say anything outside of his teleprompter....God bless walter cronkite. |
