Will Copernic eventually search my office shared drive?

I enjoyed version 1 of Copernic as my job requires me to have lots of product information at my fingertips, and it searched the huge shared drive (s drive) for my whole network. Today I went ahead and upgraded to version 2 and to my dismay, its only searching my own C drive! Is it just going to gradually index the shared drive or is that feature been eliminated (perhaps so they can sell the professional version or something)....I am a novice computer user so bear in mind this is probably a very simple question but I can't find the answer...

On its own no. But you can confgure Copernic to do that. Be sure you are connected to your network drive of interest (s:) and start up Copernic

Go to Tools > Options > Files
Click on the Add button
Check the types of files you want to index
Check subfolders if that is appropriate
Go get some starbucks while it does the indexing.

Depending on number of files/subfolders this can take a LONG time but once indexed it is fast and efficient. If you are disconnected from the network or otherwise remove the drive the indexed results will still show up, but of course preview and the file or email itself is not available.
