How do I get two cisco 7940 phones to ring simultaneously without using a shared line?

I have a person that works in two separate offices as a manager. Each office is in a separate location, dev pool, partition...etc, and each has a different directory number. The current manager will switch locations on a regular basis and wants to have it so it doesn't matter if one or the other line is called, it will ring in either office. Presumably, a new person will soon be hired to take over as manager in one or the other office, so I don't want to implement sharing the lines between offices, because although that might be the easiest solution, it's not good to have lines from different partitions appearing all over the network on devices in other partitions...it could quickly become a mess.

So, I'd just like to have both numbers ring at the same time when one or the other is called. I was looking at line groups and hunt lists, but don't want to create a new hunt pilot number that people have to remember to call, or they'd have to change the directory listing.

What you need to do is click on the Menu button and select Other then click on the Extra features menu and go down to Simultaneous Ring. Fill in the appropriate info and there you go.
