Setting up Shared Calendar in Exchange / SBS 2003?

We run Exchange on Microsoft SBS2003, and need a calendar for our 'boardroom' that all of our staff can see, make changes to and so on.

How does one create a calendar like this and share it to all staff? Note that the boardroom is not a physical person, so it doesn't have a mailbox or a user account on the server. That said, we can make one for it if we need to do it that way...

If it helps, the staff run Office 2007 (wth Outlook 2007).

Create a calendar in Public Folders in Outlook. Set the permissions so users have the desired access level.

create a new public folder and use "calendar items" as the type
