Sharing an office room and temperature problems?

I have a new collegue with whom I share an office room and he puts the heating up very high. It's too warm for me to work.
So every now and again I decrease the temperature while he increases it. What can we do about this? How can we solve this. Should I put up with temperature discomfort?

have you tried talking to him? tell him to bring a sweater or jacket. if that doesn't work try talking to your boss, or a human resources person. find a neutral temp that can make you both happy.

OR get him fired... :)

No, Tell him about it if he is cold tell him to wear warmer clothing

You need to agree upon a temp. 76 is usually standard for an office for conservation purposes then each of you should dress accordingly.
