Work Place?

What would you do if you worked with someone who was really cool at times, but turns around and tells on you for trivial things, we share offices, I know that she doesn't always return client calls, but I don't snitch on people, it's not my M O, What would you reccomend?

i would slowly distance myself from her,it would be worth my time to be with such a person, it has happened to me at work,and i don't talk to her anymore,there are lots of other cool people around to talk to,why would i waste my time with a two-faced person,right?

I would just keep to your self, keep the conversation to a min and not let her know what you have done or not done.

be very careful to avoid that person, do your job and not worry about what she is or is not doing.

If your work is getting done and your customers are happy there would have to be a pretty steady drumbeat of negative info - substantial negative info - to make a difference to your boss.

Your office partner is making herself look childish. I used to bite the heads off of junior engineers as soon as they started to act like this. Your own manager is probably annoyed by the co-worker as well.

That all being said, remember to perform as well as you can. Otherwise all of that b.s. will start to at least sound plausible.
