Setting up a Shared Mailbox in Exchange / SBS2003?

We wish to setup a mailbox for all Sales staff in the office so that they can see anything sent to Sales@our-website.com in the one 'public' folder.

How do I setup a POP3 connector to retreive all Sales email, and then 'dump' it into a Public Folder that all Sales staff can see?

PS: The reason we use a POP3 connector is because not all of our offices are on Exchange...
