Can I share Microsoft Office over two laptops?

One is my grandfather's laptop, one is mine. since we ARE related, we should be able to use it on both computers, right?

I haven't seen any "family-licenses" of microsoft office.. What you could do is get OpenOffice, it's free, and if you know MS Office you will feel at home in OpenOffice.. Just google it and you'll find it..

a usual EULA or end user license agreement stipulates that your software comes with a single user license. it does not include your immediate family and relatives.

it really depends on the license the microsoft office you own.

for example, OEM license are non-transferable, meaning you cannot transfer as they are installed two different notebook.
