I share an office?

i sahre an office with what i think is the most ANOYING and DISGUSTING person alive i dont know what to do!
he whistles a different song then is on the radio,
he is LOUD if he is on the phone i cant hear ANYTHING
if he says something he wont stop saying "Right" or "Eh" until i respond,
when he talks to someone he get liek 3 inches from their face.
he snorts his nose and it make me feel like throwing up everytime,
he will randomly start laughing histaricly at nothing.
he just talks for the sake of talking

and worst of all,
he makes these racist/sexist remarks about people and then thinks they are funny if i dont respond (which i never do) he just keeps say "right" or "eh"



WHAT CAN I DO HELP ME OR IM GOING TO BASH MY HEAD OFF A WALL!!

Since he is making racist and sexist remarks report him to your hr dept, that behavior is not tolerated anywhere in the work force.
Also, talk to your boss about moving to a new cube if possible, explain to him/her what you told us. Most employers now a days are pretty on top of trying to avoid harrasement lawsuits so they should be willing to work with you, if he/she isnt, go to hr.

quit or get him fired, or tell him is annoying habits, and see if he understands, if not, follow actions above

you ever try asking this person to tone it down. You won't make friends, but I doubt that will matter. If that does not work, you have a claim on the hostile work environment when it comes to sexual harassment, so push that with your supervisor. text book answer.

Record him then post it on you tube. Before you post it in you tube find a new job.

Title it "Worst Co-worker from Hell"

The permanent solution to get rid of this menace is that you should vacate the office !!!
