How does one cope with negativity in the workplace, especially with the person you share an office with? |
It is difficult to keep a positive attitude dealing with this daily. 1) Refuse to listen. Kick the **** out of them!!! hahahahahaha Dont give the negative person an audience. Try not to let them get you down. Keep positive or they will make you negative too. I spend all day, five days a week, sharing an office with one other person. This woman has no joy in her life and seems try her best to keep it from others' lives as well. I hate to say this, but I would probably leave if I had talked to my boss and there was no way I could get away from that person. Nobody pays enough for me to have someone else sucking the life out of me on a daily basis! Be ultra positive to them. It pisses them off and has the added benefit that they can't complain about you. What would they say? S/he's too nice? see the possibilities not the negativity. b positive &u can sure cope by taking a possitive attitude .now put on a smile, success is yur way tell her to go get help for depression as its bring you down and make you stressed say I m not a negative person and why don't you look on the bright side for a change because your getting bored with her whinging all the time so get help or get lost. |
