Office problem! Please help!?

Got a problem, I share my office with another person. This person likes fresh air even if it's winter cold outside! I am the total oposite, I feel cold very easily! But lately it has been kinda windy and I have been feeling really cold even with two jumpers on. I have had arguments with him to keep the windows shut, be he says he needs fresh air so keeps them open no matter if I'm freezing to death! What can I do? I know we are all adults and we should comprimise but is it worth me getting ill for the sake of fresh air? This whole thing has put my mood off from coming to work! I can't concentrate as I don't feel confortable anymore! What shall I do?

or just yell at him, remove all your timidity and shout - let everyone knows the problem u hv with this nincompoop!

Talk to your supervisor,maybe they can move your work space away from him. You should feel just as comfortable at work as he does. Who does he think he is....he gets his fresh air and you catch the cold of your life !

Is there a supervisor of some sort. Get them involve right away. That guys is straight triippin.
