Unless you're going around the office talking about your black lace thong no one's going to care. If you talk about to the wrong people then someone going to tell you to stop it and act more professional. If other people know about your fetish, then you will not be taken seriously at work, and you will not get expected promotions. You will be forever lumped with the dead-beats at work who are the first to get fired.

However, if you come to work dressed like a drag queen, you will be told to go home... You'll be disruptive to the other workers, and you'll be blamed for anything that goes wrong.

I don't think it would bother me. I don't think it matters all that much in this day and age. Depending on what the person's sex is...Women have been wearing "men's" clothing for generations. What does it matter if men decide to wear "women's" clothing?
