How to share file securely between PCs including ones on Wireless LAN?

Hi again,
I would like to share files for office use with WinXP set as follows:
- PC where FILES to be shared connected wirelessly -> Server?
- 2 Workstations in Office to have access to those files on LAN

But i do not want others on LAN to shared the files or even known the files (folders) are exist.
The sharefolders need to be password?
All workstations have their own static IP (NOT dhcp)

Any idea?

Simple!

Give the permission (Read/Write/Access) to that workstation's logins only.
