Help! In our small office I share a restroom with a male- older man- keeps missing the toilet - peeing on fl?

I do not want to be mean-- want to somehow let him know-- without embarrasing him or having to tell anyone else... pls-- help! New office, do not have a cleaning service either...

Just a guess but the male may not be married huh?

If he were he would be much more attuned to your problem.

You have only two choices.

1). Tell him to please be more considerate when going to the bathroom.

2). Have a male friend tell him.

Or continue to clean it up.
There is no real explanation why men do this. has to do with standing up and not paying attention. It is unusual I think to share bathrooms so he may not be even thinking about you having to sit down. Clearly he doesn't sit while at work or you would not have the problem.

And please understand you are not being mean to insist that he have a little consideration for you.

Post a sign anonymously in the bathroom that says "If you sprinkle when you tinkle, please be neat and wipe the seat."

put up a sign,
"when you tinkle dont sprinkle, be neat and wipe the seat (and the floor) "

i had that problem with some dr's that i worked for but there were a lot that used that bathroom, so the sign on the wall wasnt a big deal, no one knew who put it up

The best thing you can do is put some toilet paper in the bowl, then have a shite on it and don't flush it. This will then bring the hygiene problem to the forefront and Bobs your uncle... no more pee on the rim.

I would also post a note in the restroom.

You could also leave cleaning wipes in the stall.
