Can Microsoft Office 2007 share files with 2003?

Power Point 2007 to be specific. can it be read and save and share with someone else who has 2003. thanks

Yes, powerpoint 2007 can save files in the standard .ppt (powerpoint file). Just click on the save as from the office logo on the top left hand side of the screen , one of choices is to save file in powerpoint 97 to 2003 file format.

Yes, but you must save it in a 2003 compatible version. By default it may not work.

Yes In 2007 there is an option that lets you save files in previous versions.

yes, but make sure that the extension name is .ppt not .pptx

Open your "PowerPoint 2007", click on the office icon in the upper left cornet in "PowerPoint 2007" window, click Save As, choose "PowerPoint 97-2003 Presentation", finally write a name for your presentation and choose a location to save it to.

Good Luck!

Yes, I had that problem. In office 2007 select File> save as > (on file type) office 95 to 2003 format > save.

Thats it. The file will get bigger but it will surely work.
