Body odor at work??? |
I have a coworker that never seems to use deodorant. It was one thing when we were all guys in the office but now he shares an office with 2 new females. If you guys do a Christmas exchange, give him several items, like deodorant, colonge, body spray, there are many things you can get this person. If you are on really good talking terms, just tell him, maybe he does not even have a clue. im hoping this isnt singles and dating for you give it as a christmas gift, secret santa though. just tell him in a nice way show him in a modest way to not ofence him I don't know how you could let him know without it being awkward. I personally would let HR handle it. I would tell them the situation and let them know you don't want to offend him, but his BO is definitely a problem. They could meet with him and you or any of your co-workers can avoid dealing with a potentially awkard situation. Get a can of Lysol and spray it every 2 minutes, when he asks why you are doing it you say " something smells in here and I don't know what it is." He'll get the picture and you will be blameless. just take him aside and tell him...no offence dude but change your deodorant for the the ladies. not so much that he needs to start using it but hint that he needs to use a stonger one. |
