Hai everybody

Iam asking this for my sister. She is working in chennai in a share broking office as dealer for 3 years. she completed her higher studies and she finished NCFM and F&O exams.

She is very gud at her job. Since she is the only girl who z handling 60 clients. she hesitate to work in that job bcoz all the clients are guys who r always sitting backside to her in market timings. But she like her job very much. as well as the pay scale in low.

Tel me some senior postings which she could go in that field. she is ready to do any certification.

Give me some ideas plz....
