Unable to surf the internet thru ISDN beyond the first page. Pls help.?

We are accessing the internet in our office thru shared ISDN connection as well as intranet. A few days back, the admin changed the settings of the internet or the ISDN connections. NOW, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO SURF THE iNTERNET FROM MY PC. Despite making a lot of efforts, trials and tests, the reason could not be found. It is said that from other PCs it is possible to surf the net. In my case, the home page of any site is either not opening or opening only partly after along time but it is not possible to go to the other pages. I am feeling terribly handicapped. How could it solved? Has it got something to do with enabling the cookies?

Have you contacted the administrator? He may have unknowingly blocked your computer or set the proxy setting to filter your LAN IP address.
