Internet tracking program name in a work environment?

I want to find out if they track our internet usage at the office I work at. I work at an office that is a small branch about 1-1/2 hours away from our main office... there's only like 5 people that work here. We have a small server and the only way they can get on to fix something is to physically come here and update, etc. So I think someone from inside this office would have to look if they were keeping track... we have to use and FTP site to send files back and forth so I don't think our networks are shared with the office that all the IT stuff goes through... so maybe they don't even keep track?

If a company wants to track your internet use they don't have to install anything on your machine. They can track it with their own software installed on their internal network. Usually this is the same type of sofware that blocks users from accessing certain sites.

Remember you are connected to their network so they can track your IP address from any system, not just your own.

I am not surprised if we are tracked in one way or another. Afterall it is the inter net which means everything is connected.
