Please friends help me..How to over come from the guilty feeling that I am not doing any thing or right thing?

Well friends I am Raj, 37 years of age married and having 2 kids. I have worked with a cargo forwarding agency for 12 years and left the job 3 years back. Now I am doing my own business on very small scale and having a life insurance agency to meet my routine life expenceses. I don't my own office but sharing my friend's office with no cost which is very near to my residence. I usually come to office in the morning and sit ideal alone till the afternoon only surffing the net. He generally come after noon. I don't have too much work to do and having 2-3 assignments only in a month. Rest of the time I just pass/waist my time here because I feel that I don't have any other option. After leaving the job I become very much lonely and all the friend circle and contacts gone away. I feel that every body is busy and I am free so should not disturb them. Few times I thought that I should join again somewhere a job but I feel myself not ready for that, a un-non fear came into myself. What should

Buck up! Life is not always nice to nice people, and you have to fight for your happiness, your place under the sun!

Get a job first! this job that you have right now( Your own business) means you are under-employed.

You know English, you can work in a call centre. That will bring you some dough. In the part-time, you can continue your business from home? A phone, a desk and a computer is what you need for such a small scale business. In India, that means you work at night, leaving you free to pass your day-time sleeping at the makeshift office.

Once you have enough money, get out of both and start afresh.

I strongly suggest you print this question out and take it with you to your doctor! It sounds to me like you suffer from clinical depression. Please speak with your physician. There is hope and help available for you.
