Do you think it is a good idea to allow office workers to bring their dogs to work?

I work in an environmental consulting firm of approximately 50 people.
Some people work in cubicles others have an office that they share with one other person.

only if they are disabled and need the dog for help

I think it would be a mess and stinky!

no. not recommended, cause you will never know any co-worker or clients are scare or allergic to dogs hairs....etc

No...No.. No :o)

worst idea I have ever heard

Any boss that let's you bring your dog is super nice, and probably great to work for,

Definitely!!

if you want barking and brown suprises everywhere

I would poll the office and see if there are allergies, serious phobias or objections.

If the employees are ok with it, I would go see an attorney and draw up a contract/agreement that would protect you/the company in case something were to happen.

Then maybe allow in one or two (base on seniority maybe) and see how it goes.

My dog and my assistants two dogs co-existed in an office for a couple years. It worked out fine, scared a few salemen and was morale boosting for all the employees.

It really depends on the people in your office.

No it's not. It doesn't make any sense. You are going to an office not at a farm.

what would the dogs do while you are working
