Profit sharing when working for a specialist...? |
I am the only billing rep at a doctors office. I see their financials and see that they get bonuses of thousands upon thousands. I am paid my market value but wondered if it was common practice to offer profit sharing in a doctors office? Maybe not even profit sharing, but annual bonuses? you should get a bonus because Doctors get extra money for the type of prescription they write for the drug companies |
