Sharing folder and login?

I'm using Windows 2000 Prof and I want to share my folder to my office colleages and the problem is.... i really need to make them an account inorder they can able to access my shared folder but the worst problem is... If i create them an account there's a big possibility that they can able to open or access my computer directly. Is there any way that i can block them accessing directly my computer and i can still share my folders?

The answer depends on your network. Is it a peer-to-peer network, or are all users feeding off a server? With a server you get a lot more control over who can access what, but even with peer-to-peer you can get a good measure of control.
Right Click on the folder and explore what you can do. Good luck.
