How you can avoid to delete a file from a share folder by others users?

I just created an Excell file and placed it on a share folder on my office network...Is there a way I can create a passcode to prevent to be deleted by others?

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents
click right mouse button -> properties -> sharing tab -> and uncheck Allow network users to change my files .

easy

right click the folder go to properties then sharing in there you will see permissions change everyone to read and untick the rest.

then put yourself in there as full control and it should work :)

just give them read-only rights or read/ write if they need to change things that way it won't allow them to delete it
