Trying to print from two computers without any success. Both computers used to print...they are networked.?

I went thru setting up a home office network, checked print sharing, but now I have to attach the USB cable to whatever computer want to print from. Tried to use the Windows XP help without any success. Used to have the USB connected to my wireless laptop and somehow I had both computers (laptop & desktop) printing to the one printer. Just do not know why this no longer works or if something has been changed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Got the printer drivers installed on all network pooters? Yes, good-
Rerun the network setup wizard on the main computer, and then rerun it on all the other ones. Also if one won't print after that, reinstall the printer drivers. So start over is what I'm saying.

1st make sure the computers are in the same work group
right click on my computer then the properties tab then computer name
then network identification
this will start a wizard
click next then choose the 1st option click next
then choose the 2nd optoin click next
type the name of your workgroup do not leave the default name
click next then finish
then reboot
do that to both pc's
now on the pc that has the printer attached to it
click start then printers and faxes
right click the printer
choose properties
then click the sharing tab
choose share this printer
leave the check in list in the directory
now on the computer that does not have the printer attached
click start then my network places you should see the printer in there if not look in printers and faxes then right click on it and choose it as your default printer
that should do it
good luck
