Has anyone had Novasure done in the Dr.s office?

I was looking for someone that may have had the Novasure procedure done in office opposed to outpatient at the hospital and their experience. Id also like to hear from anyone who had it done more than a year ago. Im 35 and im done having kids, my periods got really heavy after I had my last child and my Dr recommened Novasure and im scheduled for the 11th. I had a choice to do it in the office with some percocet or at the hosp under anes. It only takes about 90 seconds so i chose the office. Anyone have any experiences to share? Im really nervous

My friend had it done ambulatory at the doctor's office and had absolutely no problems. She said it hurt like hell for about 30 seconds, but she just breathed like she was laboring and it was over before she knew it.

If you're having second thoughts, I would recommend that you consider rescheduling for the hospital, because if you go into this feeling REALLY anxious, it will only amplify your sensory perceptions and make the procedure even more uncomfortable. Talk it all over with your doctor.
