How do I share a whole folder in windows vista. Please read the additional details?

My problem is something like this. I shared a folder called WORK. Inside the work folder there are 2 more folders called OFFICE and HOME. When I try to access the WORK folder I can get in to see the OFFICE AND HOME folder. The problem is I can't access the OFFICE AND HOME folder. I want to get the files inside. How do I do a one time setting to share the folder and all sub folders inside it

All you should have to do is set it to share subfolders.. are you using basic or advanced file sharing?
