How do you motivate a lazy co-worker without insulting her? |
Every position has its share of responsibility around the office, but my co-worker slacks off and her tasks become mine, what can I do? I feel frustrate and angry. When I finally confronted her in front of ours boss, she became defensive and replied "well, I'm always very busy." Yet she finds time for her 10-minute bathroom breaks and 5-minute snack breaks when I don't get any. I can't stand it anymore and my boss isn't doing anything about it. I am thinking about finding another job. Open to suggestions. Sure,,,,,,=) Don't worry about insulting her. Just tell her exactly what you think and you will feel alot better. Tell her repeatedly if necessary, and she will eventually change. |
