How do you motivate a lazy co-worker without insulting her?

Every position has its share of responsibility around the office, but my co-worker slacks off and her tasks become mine, what can I do? I feel frustrate and angry. When I finally confronted her in front of ours boss, she became defensive and replied "well, I'm always very busy." Yet she finds time for her 10-minute bathroom breaks and 5-minute snack breaks when I don't get any. I can't stand it anymore and my boss isn't doing anything about it. I am thinking about finding another job. Open to suggestions.

this is what you do. Tell her to move her lazy fat *** up and start doing some work otherwise you're gonna have no choice but to tell your boss you already have someone else for the position who is more than qualified.
I'll be more than glad to take her place. There are plenty of us out here looking for work!!!! If she doesn't want to take care of her job then maybe I'll have to step in and kick her out.

........but that's just me.

Don't worry about insulting her. Just tell her exactly what you think and you will feel alot better. Tell her repeatedly if necessary,and she will eventually change.
