Internet Connection Sharing In Modems Network ???

Hii for all
I have Pc in my office (Contain fax modem card) and i have other pc in other office and i have make network between it by the fax modem by making dial up connection at on of these pcs and make incoming connection in the other and i have already coneect to the other computer from the first computer (windows Xp) and i have access the local network in the first computer from the second computer and access all shared resources in the first pc, my question is i have an internet coneection in the first pc (which contain the incoming coneection) by ADSL connection how can i make sharing for this connetion to be able to access the internet on the second pc throuth the modem connection or modem netwrok ????

Use Ethernet
Get a router and add Ethernet cards to any computers that need them. Then connect all machines to the router.
Trying to "network" machines through dial-up modems is really doing it the hard way

Wow I tried to read that question and the typos made it difficult.

Anyhow, It appears you have a working network there and now you want to share your internet as well over it. this can be done two ways. The simplest is to purchase a router and plug your ADSL modem into the router (WAN port) then plug all the other computers on your network into the switch built into the router.

The second way is to enable ICS on your windows XP machine but you will need two network cards in that pc one to connect to the modem and the other to connect to the network switch or hub. To do this it is pretty self explainitory within the network setup wizard.
Keep in mind though using the ICS you will need to keep the host pc on anytime any of the computers want to connect to the internet and it will also be limited in speed to the weakest link in your network as well.

By far the best solution is to use a router to share the connection.

You need a router. wired or wireless depending on your setup.

Connect the incoming net to the router then each computer to the router.

While you are at it you might want to install the new gigabit network cards and cat6 cables. You can get the cards for $10.00 at the PC Club (on the net).
You will see an increase in speed of download and be ready for advances in technology.
