How do i hide my computer on the Wlan in my office from co-workers on a different project?

i have Wlan im my office and want my desktop to bessen only by my project mates.
but co-workers from other projects also manipulate the shared data.
i want my comp to be hidden or masked from them.
how do i go about it.

Create a screen saver. Go to Control Panel and click on Display. Click on the tab screen saver. Make sure you include a password.

Make an access roster, where you plug into your router the only MAC addys that can access the network.

Little more detail would help. Where are shared data? On your PC (I assuming not) some third PC - correct? What exactly you are concern about: sniffed communication? Him accessing your PC? Something else? Little more info about network infrastructure would help too.
